Appointed as a Trustee: December 2018

Foundation role: Amie is a Trustee and represents the Health Division. Her key duties as a Trustee are: to support and encourage fundraising across the business, to attend and make cheque presentations and make key decisions on the Foundation. Amie is no stranger to charitable work having served as Officer in Charge for her former employer’s charitable arm raising money for good causes through challenges such as three peaks, team sky dive and cycle rides.

Current role: Account Director

Amie’s role is the management of high value strategic contracts for our occupational health services.

Experience and expertise: Amie has worked in client-facing roles for that last 18 years, joining Maximus in 2017 in the role of Client Services Manager. She has progressed quickly within the Client Services Team and is now responsible for some of our largest clients. Her proactive, pragmatic approach and personable nature have ensured excellent working relationships from both client and internal perspectives, and she is a regular contributor to wider business activities.

Hobbies and interests: Amie is a keen rider, in her spare time she cares for and competes with her horses, several of which are rescues. Amie also enjoys spending time with family and friends – particularly finding new places to eat, theatre trips and a Scrabble rivalry with her 96 year-old Grandmother.

Other appointments or memberships: Amie is in her third year in the position of Secretary for the Ashdown Forest Riding Association, a charitable organisation which supports local riders and raises funds for the conservation of the Ashdown Forest  (Winnie-the-Pooh country).
