Connect Assist, a market-leading provider of contact centre and digital services, is now part of Maximus UK. The partnership will strengthen our already formidable customer service and digital capabilities as we continue our expansion into new markets. 

Since launching in 2006, Connect Assist has worked with leading organisations across the public, private and third sectors. This includes providing help and advice lines, customer service support and member services. Connect Assist helps these organisations deliver high-quality services that have a positive impact on the lives of thousands of people every day. 

Based in Wales, Connect Assist employs more than 400 people and offers services that include 24/7 helpline services, counselling, emotional support, information and signposting. 

Maximus UK employs over 4,300 people including over 1,400 doctors, nurses, occupational therapists and other Healthcare Professionals. Operating from more than 270 locations, we are one of the largest providers of employment, health and disability support programmes in the country. 

Globally, Maximus is a trusted provider of citizen services to governments and businesses. We have significant experience of delivering high-quality call centre services, answering millions of customer enquiries each week.
